A last stand against the war on terror?
Holy shit, there's actually a candidate telling the truth in the presidential election. Ron Paul. He's consistently voted against the Iraq war, even when this move was unpopular, rationally linked our CIA installation of the Shah in Iran with the hostage situation, voted down the Patriot Act, debated the need for income tax, and much more. And he's a Republican. He had the guts to stand against Mr. 911 himself, Rudy Giuliani, who had nothing but a thin layer of propaganda spew to derail Paul. http://www.lewrockwell.com/hornberger/hornberger128.html
The mainstream media is trying to smack him down by calling him "unpatriotic" and blasphemous, and the neoconservative Republicans hate him, because now they're left trying to defend what has previously gone unquestioned. I may have to register Republican for the primaries, if they don't manage to wipe him out first. Check this guy out and give him your support, for the love of God. Hoping Jon Stewart will interview him. He may be our last hope before this country launches into 4 more years of overblown "security" measures, infringement on privacy, and unjustified war.
He's being noticed on the internet. I hope that may be enough.
