(no subject)
One of my roommates is here now, Nicole, and she's fabulous. I hung out with her, her boyfriend Christian and his roommates Phil and Liam all day yesterday. I bought a desk and a nightstand, and the guys helped carry it to the apartment, which was great because I haveno idea how I would have managed it otherwise. Last night was my first night "out" in Fredericton. We just hung around the guys apartment, drinking and eating pizza, but fun times nevertheless. I have to go back to wal-mart today for the 127 things I forgot yesterday. Tonight I'm meeting a few people from first year. I discovered that the 5 or 6 bars in a 5 minute walk from my place is the entirety of the Fredericton club scene, which is convenient, if a little disappointing.

This banner was hanging inside Ludlow Hall. Besides being thrilled that our tiny faculty cna produce a championship hockey team, I'm ridiculously amused that they're called the "litigators"
