We are all destined to sing. For no other reason could our passion for singing be so strong. We have trained hard to hone our singing skills so as to achieve the ability to express emotions and intricate nuances that can never be fully expressed through spoken language. So waht does singing in a choir really mean to us? Sometimes it is the tingling, hair-raising sensation we feel as we immerse ourselves in the shimmering harmony of melding voices, sometimes the pure joy of unravelling complex rhythms and finally exclaiming: Aha! I got it! But what exactly it is, we can't be sure. Perhaps it would be much clearer sung than told.
