Ooh Its Been Too Long....

Feb 28, 2005 20:25

Well well well. It's been such a long time since I last wrote anything on here so this may actually turn out to be a rather large update.

We'll start by going back to last week slightly. First of all the lovely have begun paying me money, real beautiful money to do the washing up "whenever" I can. Which apparently is all the time because it just gets left for me. So tonight I have taken exile in my room to hide from the atrocities of spaghetti bolognaise.

Next thing was the me and Mad time that was had and was also had today on our Grantham crew (minus Charli) Monday. We sat down listened to music i read (High Fidelity on of my all time top 5 books.) she fell asleep on me. It was all good we were in the social area between the emo scum and Chrissies new boyfriend. Yay he looks like a girl.

From reading High Fidelity I decided on writing a top five films of all time that are subject to change:

1. Braindead (gotta love those zombies and lawnmowers that fit together so well)
2. Sinbad and the Eye of The Tiger (oh so pretty with the stop motion animation)
3. The Time Machine (The original, not the shitty Guy 'Memento' Pearce remake)
4. Rapid Fire (Brandon Lee at his best comes highly recommended)
5. Bad Taste (gotta love those spicy bacon brains)

Music playing a major part in life is a truth the guy in High Fidelity has a life that revolves around music. Just gotta love it. Some of my tastes aren't to his likings but what the fuck. There are times when I want heavy (The Used etc.) there are times when I want mellow (Gavin DeGraw etc.) there are times when I want stuff that screams (Spineshank, Static-X, Slipknot etc but none of that shitty BTBAM). All of this comes to evolve in the major collection of albums I have created for myself and myMP3 player (it is my life) I love my music and somewhere have a funeral list that comprises of kick ass songs which includes the kickass Angels Son by Sevendust.

Next was taking photographs for my exam. Jesus I have never found it harder to find containers or receptacles. I found a random hobo at the bottle bank so I took a photo. Oh the joy of a random drunk who suspiciously looked like Paddy (joke) putting a singular brandy bottle in from his otherwise empty backpack.

This Saturday I went in the attic found some crazy old shit and some speakers for my collection. Now I have a mean sound system in my room and lots of old kinder egg toys and turtles piled in various areas of my room.

Sunday after the big speaker collect together I moved my room around to get full effect of the music when sat on my oh so classy sofa bed. Speakers pointed at anyone in the room blaring out some banging tunes. Just need to set it up so it works with my DVD player but that's a task. To have that and the PC still plugged in for my MP3 collection.

Monday, today. Once again another Mad and Street day. Walked loads. Walked to college, walked to Eastleigh, walked to college from Eastleigh, walked Astrid to the bus stop, walked through a park back to college stopping on the way on the swings getting asked some majorly random questions by Mad.Went back to college convinced my IT teacher I had to leave early an it all went down hill from there I got bored wrote this downloaded and moved more albums. Ever so slowly collecting together a majorly over weighed hard drive and pissing the rents off with the sweet sweet music of love. Well my love for the music.

Anyways I think that's it. If I have missed anything please feel free to let me know I will be more than willing to entertain the thought someone reading this would a) give a toss b) have seen me today. Unless they are my super secret stalker but we don't talk about that, cause if I did I would have to kill you.

Peace out

The Street.
