So, Pete and I are really getting serious about finding a home to buy. We got a buyers realtor and she took us around to about 5 listings on Saturday. We went to about 7 open houses yesterday. This morning, I got our loan application in for pre-approval to the mortgage lender, and sent over all our paperwork (still waiting for them to pick up the paperwork from the secure website). We're meeting with the mortgage broker tonight.
This is really happening. Now we just have to find a home to buy.
