1. You know why I ::heart:: Meldrick Lewis? Because he shows up at the hospital with a stuffed giraffe for Felton. I just love him.

2. Icon memes are fun!

Look at your LJ userpics list. If you have fewer than 50 icons, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five icons, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five icons, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. List each one in your LJ, and tell everyone exactly why you have it, why it's interesting to you, what significance it has.

I thought this would be a useful icon to have, considering I don't get Star Trek references, and miss more Star Wars references than em_meredith would like me to. ;) Lorelai says this to Luke when she learns he was once a Trekker, IIRC.

02.

Anyone else remember those adorable B&W cast-frolicking ABC promos that ran during Sports Night's original run? No? Just me? Well, uh, I loved them, and this screencap from back then seemed appropriate for Dana's line, though in its original amusing context, she was mocking Isaac for shrinking. :) Shoe Money Tonight is one of my favorites.

03.

Heeee, I love this icon, though I don't use it much. It's good to use during Sox-Yanks series that don't suck complete and total ass like that last one. Ugh. Anyway, the picture is obviously the Varitek-ARod fight in July 2004. The satirical lyric is from Ragtime's What a Game, which I looooove singing along to like woah.

04.

I love Zoe, and realized I didn't have a Zoe-icon. Since that was one of my favorite moments, her offhand "I can hurt you," I figured it'd be fun to use. Of course, I don't use the icon much, which probably has something to do with my dissatisfaction with the screencaps of that scene. It's an odd angle, and the still doesn't really work as well as the actual scene.

05.

Ahhhh, silly, silly Logan. I thought Veronica's assessment of him was perfect, and since I really disliked him for the first ~15 episodes and thereafter looooooooved him, I really wanted an icon that captured his jackass side. Again, don't have much call to use it.

06.

Awwww, my boys! This shot is just a random picture that I found online, though I can't date it any closer than second half of 2004. It's Curtis Leskanic (who ended his career with some seriously clutch pitching to hold the Yankees scoreless in Game Four) and Jason Varitek, and I just loved the looks on their faces. "BELIEVE" was, of course, the catchphrase for that 2004 season.

07.

This is my post-bar exam icon, and ten bucks I use it again after I take the MA bar. I definitely wanted Dead!Buffy face down in a pool of water to capture the feeling I had after the bar. I've used it a couple times for other things, but I still laugh when I see it and think about the bar.

08.

Does this really require explanation? ::g:: That is just about the hottest picture of Logan outside the cagefighting pictures, and is labelled thusly. I mostly use this to reply to devildoll. :)

09.

Funny, I picked this icon before I counted out the tens, but... I love Dopplegangland. One of my favorites, and Willow in that catsuit is always funny. And "Bored now" is seriously funny. :)

10.

Dude! It's Darin Morgan! ::g:: Guest starring in Small Potatoes. So much love. :)

11.

David Ortiz is teh awesome. He's got about eleventy million walkoff hits, and stathead fans still say that there's no such thing as clutch -- or, at least, it can't be proven. So I made an icon. Because you can't have too much Papi.
