I received a note today. It wasn't expected but there it was. I had been thinking about things lately, how everything was starting to warm up, that the birds were back singing around campus. I was thinking about picnics with good wines in the park, about camping and hiking and birding. I was thinking about river runs and barbecues and staying out with friends as the sun sets late in the night. But I got this note today.
"Hey! Just thought I'd remind you that it is February!

Also, the note wasn't so much in English and on paper as it was tons and tons of snow on my car as I left work this morning. Fortunately the Jeep is like 4-Wheel Drive FTW.
