So I am making my own pickles. I've taken a great liking to making my own food these days. I would make my own butter 100% if it wasn't more expensive than buying butter. But soon. I don't care much for store bought breads anymore since I've learned to make my own. I'd rather make most things from scratch than buy it now. So it's no surprise that I decided to try my hand at canning. It's a simple recipe. One jar is plain dill and the other is dill with onion and garlic, to see how I like it. They'll be ready in 6 weeks so I'm dating the entry to track the progress!
