What: Sydney tries to get information out of Shiori about why she might have been picked for this weird experiment.
Rating: G/PG I'll assume
It didn't how much time she spent here, how much people went on and on about the Force, and Jedi, and showed her fancy little tricks of the eye.
Sydney couldn't bring herself to accept this as reality. She knew too well about psychological experimentation and the lengths to which it could go. It was possible there was some kind of brainwashing at work here, and it was obvious that most people here were probably in on this, including some of the ones who were 'recent arrivals'. Everyone else seemed to have fallen in step quickly, but she wasn't about to lose herself.
There had to be a common thread, pulling together the people who had been dropped here. She couldn't help but find some hope in Shiori's story: it was possible the girl was the exact sort of candidate an intelligence organization would have been looking for, and that might explain her presence. If Sydney could get her to open up about it...
She didn't want it to come off as an interrogation however, so she kept the severity out of her expression as she made her way to Shiori's door and locked lightly twice. She hoped none of her roommates were home.
