[Deadpool is not the bartender. Not even sort of. That doesn't stop him from hanging out behind the bar in an apron. Don't ask why. It's healthier.

Anyway, he's gonna come over and plop a beer in front of Sam.]

[sighs as he takes the beer]

[Deadpool nods solemnly, and considering he has permission...]

Are there any non-rough days around here?

[Deadpool shrugs, then says sagely:]

It depends how drunk you are.

[half-laugh]

[Deadpool pulls a jagged, horrible looking knife from his many-pouched belt and slams it into the counter about an inch from Sam's hand.]

[jumps back to the point where he almost falls off the stool, but yanks his hands back]

... You okay there, buddy?

Sure, dude, I'm fine. I'm not the one who almost got his hand taken off by a crazy guy with a knife.

[He grins behind his mask and holds the knife up, letting it gleam in the light, then puts it away and goes back to being casual.]

What drink did you order again?

A beer.

[picks his up]

But I got it. I'm good.

You sure? Cause I could get you a better one.

I'm not sure if I want to know what that is.
