Location: The streets near the starter apartments
Planet: Coruscant
When: Wednesday evening
What: The mysterious community hippies of Coruscant throw a festival. Hilarity ensues.

[Ah, another warm Coruscant night. Those in the apartments might notice it's a particularly loud night, though the noise thankfully isn't screams or blaster shots. Alright, admittedly some of the noise is that, but most of it is the scattered sound of a festival on the streets below.
Anyone who finds their way down can gain admission for a measly sum (or sneak in, it wouldn't be hard.) Some of the kinder individuals even have a free voucher for recent arrivals, so a convincing enough sob story would get you free stuff without much trouble. Once you're in there's rows and rows of stands, throngs of people mulling about of all sorts of species, food of questionable origin and safety to the digestive track, games, and near the end of all the rows a stage area for various bands, karaoke and where the fireworks can be viewed.
