All that matters is that she feels worse than she did before, and now there's more than just coughing and flu symptoms. Whatever Anakin had given her before, it didn't do anythign in the long run and now he was gone.
He had left her, and she got worse.
God, she hates her life.
Upon hearing her name being shouted, she wants to shout back, but instead just rolls over to lay on her back, because that's easier than screaming.]
I'm over here, thank you for bothering to show back up.

I'm sorry I left you.
[He pulls her in closer, afraid that if he were to let her go he'd lose her. When he speaks again his voice is barely a whisper.]
I thought I figured it out. I thought I saved you. I thought I saved everyone.
Reply
Sorry that you left. Not sorry that you couldn't save me.
[her glare softens, mostly because it's too much work to keep on her face, and she brings a shaky hand up to his face.

Don't talk like that. You make it sound like you're already dead.

I hate to disappoint you, but it feels like I'm about to die. It's terrible. At least you're still feeling well?
Reply
You're not going to die, My Queen.
[He leans in and presses his lips to hers. Afterward he leans back so he can gauge her reaction.]
If you do how are we going to figure that out?

She frowns up at him, trying to figure out how she's supposed to respond. She's too tired to figure this out right now. She's not angry, just speechless and unsure of what he's attempting to do.]
Don't kiss me out of pity. When I die, I'll come back the same as everyone else, won't I?
[She didn't hate his attempt, however, so she does her best confident smile, given the situation.]
I don't want to make you sick, Anakin.
Reply
[The smile doesn't do much to assure him but the fact she's trying means something. He smirks.]
I'm already showing symptoms again as well and if I'm sick I'm at least getting a kiss out of it.
Reply
I suppose I could let you win, though, just this once.
[She gathers up a lot of strength in order to lean up enough to kiss him. It's nowhere near as long or meaningful as she'd like, and it's nothing like out of an Audrey movie, but it's all she can give right now.]
There. Is that better?
Reply
That was perfect.
[Looking down at her he finally admits to himself how much he's grown to care about her. He sees so much more in her than most others seem to because he took the time... and she never stopped trying to annoy him. He can't help but smile sadly again as he pulls her in even tighter and rests his cheek against her forehead.]
Don't give up on me.

[Basically, she's sick and tired of feeling this way and unless there's a cure, please don't be afraid to let her die. Only she can't say this in words, because the thought of actually dying terrifies her.]
Do you know what happens when people die here? How you end up in the tanks, and how they help you come back?

You's have to ask Jaina. I only know what it feels like to do where I'm from and wake up here. I don't think they're the same thing.

I want to know, just in case.

Yes, dear.
[He pulls on the Force to revitalize himself and hide just how sick he is. He puts an arm under her legs and lifts her into his arms as he stand up. If she weighs anything he refuses to show it as he begins to carry her to his room.]
It hurts... but not for long.

I'm not scared, if you're worried. [It's a lie, but a convincing one.]

You're not going to die, your highness. That's why I'm not worried.
