Characters: Ruby and Sam Location: The apartment. Planet: Coruscant When: Tuesday evening, Week 26 What: Ruby is bored and trying to get under Sam's skin. Possibly onto his lap and/or into his pants.
Sam, on the other hand, was trying to avoid Ruby as much as possible.
He knew that Ruby was bad news for him, whether she actually knew about Lucifer or not. She was walking temptation, and the sooner he could get away from her, the better. Once the temptation was gone, he wouldn't have to worry about it.
(And the space travel part was pretty cool too.)
Right now, though, Ruby was lying on the floor of their mutual apartment, mocking his height. She had to have been bored to just be sitting there waiting for someone to show up, but he wasn't going to entertain her. That wasn't his job.
"I'm happy to impress," he sighed, before turning and continuing to head to his room. He had a bag of tech that he had lifted that he wanted go through and try and figure out, and he could do it without her.
He continued to make his way into his room, shrugging as he went. "Just some random technology I found lying around. I'm trying to figure out how it all works."
He left the door open, which was probably his first mistake. She could follow if she wanted to, but for the most part, he was expecting her to leave it alone.
From her position on the floor, she leaned a bit to the side, watching him move into his room. In a fluid motion she stood up, her weight shifting to one side as she contemplated what to do. Naturally, she moved into his room and moved quickly to the edge of his bed where she took up the appropriate amount of space.
Seated there, she watched him again, "You realize they don't just leave tech lying around out there. Unless you went through the trash chutes."
Her eyebrow lifted, glancing to the items, "Did you bring trash home, Sam?"

Ruby wasn't beyond just following him, but she figured he might want to geek out over his toys with someone and right now, she was all he had.
