There is not enough coffee in the wooooooorld.

Still playing Mass Effect, obviously - the problem I'm having at the moment is that playing in the evenings, combined with my general being-bad-at-this, is sort of giving me a choppy game experience. OMG, playing ME this week has been so frustrating, because of stupid real-life things like WORK and LAUNDRY and EATING and BATHS and SLEEPING. Admittedly I haven't been doing much of the latter. I'm really glad I went back and started with ME, though, I think it's going to make ME2 so much richer.

I remember carrying round practically a crate of floppy discs with my X-Files picture collection on, painstakingly downloaded over dial-up. XD

Going from my Discman to my first iPod is something I'll never forget. Completely changed my life, no exaggeration. Amazing. And of course, I now have a computer on me at all times with my phone - not something I'd have thought I needed only a few years ago, but now I couldn't be without it.

I don't mind using KillAllHostiles if I really get stuck, because I'm in it for the story and characters, mostly. Not that some of the combat isn't super fun. But I just get frustrated and annoyed when I reach a point I can't pass, and had already given up on ME2 twice in the past because of that. I have no regrets about cheating - I'm having the time of my life, and I wouldn't be otherwise. :)

Oh, and I hear you on the increased difficulty in ME3. I was worried about that too ... but they're also implementing RPG, story and action modes, so I'm hoping in Story Mode it'll be easy enough for me. ;)
