Preparing..
Jeez.. It's 15 more days until I leave.. I'm kinda trying to get ALL my luggage together right now.. I have so far:
-5 Button-Down shirts (Different Colors)
-5 Polo shirts (Different Colors)
-3 Pairs of Khaki Pants
-2 Pairs of Shoes
-1 Bathing Suit
-2 Pairs of Shorts
-3 Ties
-A Bunch of Boxers
-A Bunch of Socks (White)
What I still need:
-Black Socks
-1 Pair of Shorts
-LOTS OF MONEY :-\
I am so sad. I got like $6500 as a refund check through the school but had to use ~400 on books and supplies, 2000 on rent, and 1500 on my credit card from Christmas. So that alone cut my refund down to under 3000, and I have already spent around 700 on plane tickets, leaving me with VERY little money for everything. I know that everything will work out, and I'm going to be borrowing money up the ass from the parents, but it still sucks a lot to not have as much as I wanted.
I hope that I get a good paying job over the summer. I may try to get something in Worcester part time to work nights as well. I need to stop being a lazy SOB, especially because senior year should be easy on me (minus MQP) so I should be able to keep a full time job (or near-full time) on top of my school work.
Anyway, in other news, I went to Boston with Maggie this past Saturday. It was really amazing. We went to the Aquarium and the Langham Hotel for its Chocolate Buffet. I must say, that thing is really quite something.. I really had fun with her and I think she did as well.
I'm kind of stressed out because of class.. The final draft of my IQP's project proposal is due this SATURDAY!!!!!!! OMG! This term flew so fast and now we have a shit ton of work to do this week to make sure EVERYTHING is up to speed with what we want it to be. I'm kind of worried about it, but I believe that we are going to be getting B's, so that's a good thing I think.
I'm leaving soon :-\ I don't really want to leave because I know that I'll be leaving Maggie behind. However, we both know this is something I need to do. We will be talking a lot too (hopefully) so that's a good thing. I bought her a phone card to call me with :-)
