I've had some stuff I've wanted to talk about for awhile now. It just seems like whenever I'm online I forget to update the journal. Well, there's no time like the present.
Sequential order:
April 20th. I turned in another draft of my thesis. Hopefully this one will be accepted and I get to officially graduate and look for a career type job. Everyone I know(including my brother) seems to be buying themselves a house. I think I want one too.
April 22nd. Perhaps the dumbest day of the year. Why you ask? Bring your child to work day. Basically, it's an excuse to throw away the child labor laws for a day. Lord knows we had enough "hired" help at work that day. Never before have I seen so many kids dusting shelves and putting DVD's and CD's back on the shelves.
April 23rd. It amazes me how people do not understand what a manufacturer's warranty is. Best Buy did not build your DVD Player/Hard Drive/Computer. Did we sell it to you? Yes. Did we make it? No. Don't blame Best Buy if you didn't purchase our extended warranty because "I'd never use it" and your unit breaks 2 days outside of our return policy. We can't do anything for you, contact the manufacturer and stop yelling at me.
