Wherein a frittata is done et

There is nothing better on a rainy Saturday morning, after you've snuggled with the pups and sent the hubby off to work, than a damn good fridge glue frittata. Today's:

5 egg whites
1 zucchini
Sun-dried tomatoes
Turkey(deli)
italian cheese mix (asiago, romano, mozzarella, parmesan)
garlic (2 cloves)

I sauteed the garlic and zucchini in olive oil and butter, then added the tomatoes and turkey.
Dropped in the beaten egg whites, gave it a shake, let it firm up on bottom, then added cheese and transferred it to the broiler. Three minutes later, with the cheese just browning, I had The Perfect Breakfast.

Again, I feel bad for people who can't/don't cook - because that shit took ten minutes and was SO EASY, and now i'm ready to take on the world.

Now I get to watch the UK Make Me a Supermodel, which DVRd yesterday. These boys are so SKINNY!
