Yup, lotta water under the bridge. But you've made it through to the other end and into a bold new life for yourself. If you come to NYC, I guarantee there will be work for you and friends aplenty to help you readjust.
Thanks yo! It's been far too damn long since I've seen you. I'm in the city as of Friday. I'm living in Brooklyn, but we've got to meet up and catch up sometime! I wanna know what you're up to!
I should be around Friday. I actually have an audition for the following project, which may or may not be on Friday. They've asked me to bring a scene partner that I work well with and I can't think of any better way to welcome you back. Peruse the breakdown and let me know if you're interested. You still have my number, right?
Southpaw (prod.) is casting The Thousandaires, a short online episodic comedy series. Southpaw has a background in commercial and web content, as well as longer-form development, and has produced web shows for Comedy Central, Sports Illustrated, and other media outlets. Some web content has been considered for TV development for half-hour sitcoms on cable and network television. The Thousandaires presents the misadventures of two roommates/co-workers who quit their jobs and form an internet conglomerate. Well, that’s what they call it, but they don’t really know what that means, and they hope no one calls them out on it. Producers plan to pitch web series to TV networks. Greg Tharp, prod. Shooting begins

When I said I was living in the city as of Friday, what I meant to say was that my movers are showing up to drop off my stuff that day. Which would make it kinda hard to show up for an audition that day. And I'm not AFTRA. If that's an issue. But still, totally cool and thanks for passing that on! Which is, I have to agree, an amazing welcome to the city and very, VERY generous of you.
As soon as I've got myself more settled, I'll be JUMPING at opportunities like this. Sounds like it would be perfect for the two of us!
