Motherfuck, I love New York City.
Know why? Well, tender masses, I bet you don't, and I think I'll tell you. It's because of the smell. Like a whole cloud of smog settled over one little town. Big town. But you get my point. It's one place, and it's full of so many people that some days you can barely see the sun. Kind of beautiful, isn't it?
There's the dirt as well, of course, which can be endearing if you like that kind of thing. Everything's far apart, which can be damn irritating, but at the same time some things are close enough together that it seems like just one big happy family town.
It's a good thing I don't have a thing to do. Otherwise I might just lose interest and run off. Maybe I'll do that anyway, see what's in Buffalo. But I'll bet the girls are nothing like as nice.
I swear there was a point to this place originally, but it all got lost in the twisting streets and the history of New Amsterdam turning into New York. Idiotic European names for a purely American city. Does anybody else understand the irony?
