I do my job, I get paid, I continue to keep a roof over my head and food on my table. That's good enough for me.

If the person really is troubled, then I have an obligation to help them. It's troubling that a diagnosis can aid someone unjust, but that's out of my hands, and in those of the men that use it.

But if a man is lucid enough to use the diagnosis for his own means, then surely he does not warrant a label of insanity in the first place.

Don't be a fucking smart ass. You could just cut down on your expenses. There's nothing wrong with cutting out luxury if it means helping the world instead of letting it go to shit.
