(no subject)
My life has changed: I bought an agenda at Walgreens for 2.99 plus 9% sales tax (you do the math). I am now officially organized. I have no excuse to forget ANYTHING. I write it all down in my planner. Every morning I wake up and I make sure I accomplish every task on the list. And I do goddamnit.
Since I bought this little miracle I have auditioned for two plays in the past few days and I have tons more lined up. I feel very productive. This morning I auditioned for: A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. I did very well. The other day I auditioned for Victory Garden's season. One of my teachers from my first semester at Columbia wrote one of the plays they are producing. I did pretty well, not my best (I was nervous....it's a very well known theater in Chicago) In a few weeks I will be auditioning for a show that my stage combat teacher will be directing. This show will pay me if I get in. And on Monday I'm audtioning for a really interesting theater company. They're putting on a real Commedia Del Arte production. That'll be really fun.
I also was fortunate enough to meet with an agent in Miami. So lets hope she finds me something good.
Why did I buy that agenda? Well. I went to Miami to find all of my friends are doing very well. I, on the other hand, have not done anything productive this summer. So I kicked myself in the ass and began to schedule shit to do. I shouldn't live in Chicago over the summer if I'm not taking advantage of the theater community.
Today I got a 20 dollar off coupon that I can use with my discount for opening 7 credit cards (and my boss wrote me a cute little note..she's so sweet)
I wish my roomate would buy some dishsoap since I've already purchased paper towels, toilet paper and soup for the bathroom.
Now back to downloading illegal music.....
