Merry xmas and hope the new year will be kind to all who read
only one real subject to start. For the past 3-4 weeks i have been recovering from what can only be described as the biggest surgical procedure ive ever had to go through. Thankfully the operation was a sucess, they have removed the growth and kept my kidney in tact (minus 1cm but cmon whats a cm?). I will now wait for 3 months to find out what they've discovered...untill then i can only get on with my life.
my mobility at the minute is almost back to 100%, bu the wound is still tender. I will never forget the many uncomfortable nights i spent in hospital. not being able to sleep because i can't turn one side because ive a drain on one side and can't turn on the other side cause of said wound...lets not even get on to the subject of being dosed up to the eyeballs on medication to the point i was either sleeping or throwing up.
anyway on to xmas and my first in the flat has been ok (ish). managed to have the sort of celebration i wanted and my presents were cool. Now all i need is to concentrate on new year which is on monday.
my resolution...to get some form of stability in my life and that i guarentee i will get!
