Let's Do The Time Warp Again - #011 & #012
Ok, due to the fact that I forgot to do a blog for day 11 of the 100 days project, I've decided to make this a double post. I would do 2 separate posts, but I'm too lazy!
So, last night I went to The Palace Theatre to see The Rocky Horror Show. I've never seen the film or anything before so I had no idea what to expect! The people I went with did the whole 'dressing up' thing, and I attempted to dress as whore-ish as I could, but failed massively. I felt like I was overdressed for the occasion, seeing as there was people walking around in just their underwear, and one guy who was just wearing gold hotpants and gold trainers. He must have been COLD! I have also never seen so many men in drag in all my life either!
However, I know for next time how to dress 'up' for Rocky Horror - get some of Ann Summer's best underwear, and a cape. WIN! :D
I also found out last night that I fail at trying to put eye make-up on. Was trying to apply black eye shadow for the 'dead hooker' look, and ended up looking like Bollo from The Mighty Boosh. Not the exact look I was going for, but I know I can do it if I ever want to dress up as Bollo.
I can also now quiff my hair quite successfully. WIN yet again.
Primark seems to have sucked a good portion of my money from me yet again, damn it! But I now have 2 nice dress things, a new top, new blue jeans, 3 pairs of tights and some more Paul Smith-esque shoes that were only £3. They're white and pointy and lace up and made of WIN! Plus at £3 I may just go and buy a black pair for work as well, and if they break - screw it, they were £3!
Going on my work's Christmas Party/night out tonight. Free all you can eat Chinese buffet! Yet I have no idea what to wear, ah!
EDIT : I got a text from my friend Lindsay last night, when she was at the Friendly Fires all night gig at the Coronet in London, saying "Omg Lukas fucking Wooller just saw us and ran away! Maximum Pork win!!" xD
