Take it easy, Chikezie
Yeah, so, I was disappointed to see Chikezie get the boot on “American Idol” last night. I wasn’t surprised, but I was disappointed. I enjoyed him and, while I knew he wasn’t going to win, I hoped he would last a few more weeks.
Sadly, this means yet another week of the suckitude that is Kristy. Sigh.
People seemed surprised that Kristy is still around. I’m not. Every season a quasi-hot chick who can kinda sing makes it much farther than she deserves. People also seemed surprised that Syesha was in the bottom three. I’m not. Every season there is a girl who sings like Syesha, a girl who is obviously from the Whitney Houston/Mariah Carey mold. They never make it very far on the show either.
