Delayed posting begin & extension on draft submission

you might have already wondered why we haven't put up the posting schedule yet. Sorry to have made you wait, but we ran into a problem. After careful contemplation of everybody's posting restrictions we had to accept that we don't actually have enough match-ups of which all members are finished to almost finished to fill the early slots next week. Turns out most of us fail at time management (and I'm including myself here). In light of this, we have decided to push posting back yet another week.
Additionally, there's a hiccup with the drafts. Draft submission is not optional, even for artists. Several people have checked in yet and left a comment with their posting restrictions, yet didn't send in a draft. Let me repeat again - if we don't receive a draft from you, we won't assign you a posting date. I know, depending on how you work or what you've chosen to create, art does not necessarily lend itself to drafts, but we insist on this for a reason. We are not comfortable including you in the schedule if you cannot show us proof that you have been thinking about your assigned fic and worked on creating art for it. We are especially not comfortable doing so if you say you haven't even started yet, even though it's a condition and for all intends and purposes you should have already had a draft to submit a week ago already. I know there are circumstances for some of you, and that others probably just forgot after having checked in, or managed to overlook the part that said that it's up to artists in what shape or form they send in their drafts is up to them, since it depends on what kind of art they are creating (except no shape, that is).
So you will be getting a one-week extension on this too. If you haven't submitted a draft yet, please do so by Friday, October 18th, noon, that is 12:00 o'clock, by Central European Time, or you won't be assigned a posting date, i.e. you'll be out. There won't be any more extensions. We realise that this doesn't leave a lot of time if you haven't started your art yet, but artist claims happened over a month ago, and you claimed fic for a BB whose schedule at that point clearly stated that final draft submission was October 4th and posting would begin October 7th.
We'll put up the posting schedule Friday afternoon, when we know who is and isn't still with us. Sorry about the inconvenience.
