I was just reading the 4:20 thread over on g*. I almost posted but thought it would be more fun to post my 4:20 memories over here. I think every knows that I do not smoke pot. But I went to college where weed was the drug of choice. Every year on April 20th at 4:20, all the stoners would head out to heart (aka the Quad) and toke up. Every single year I was in college, I was off campus when this event took place. Therefore I never actually witnessed this event. Not once. Somehow I feel a little let down about the whole thing. At least I can read
the urban legends about 4:20 on wikipedia.

Ever since I got back from Minneapolis, I have been miserably tired. Apparently I didn't get enough sleep while I was there and I also reverted to my old-fashioned sleep habits - falling asleep around 1a.m., but then not getting 10 hours of sleep to make me feel rested. Mr. P is not helping matters at all. For some reason he has been on an insomniac kick and he's been coming to bed really late. This wouldn't be a problem, except he leaves on all the lights and doesn't close the bedroom door. I am really light sleeper, I know, but Mr. P could at least try to help the situation more! sigh.

The Amazing Race... finally a NEL but I so wanted the frats to come in last instead of the hippies. That would bring me such JOY! I hate those luck-based roadblocks too. I mean who can help it if you choose a mound with no lamb? That sounded a little dirty. Also I though Ray and Yolanda were getting along well so far. I feel like their communication problems seems made-up. Also I think it's a indication of how poor the other racers were this leg that Fran and Barry won. Perhaps all the other teams are exhausted already?
