It was Ness' first time looting for the Winding Way. It was really his first time doing well, anything, so he was determined to do a good job. He wasn't exactly sure how this was going to work, either. He knew that Rikku had done this before, so he that made him feel better.
The play was starting, and he waited at a meeting spot behind the target house for the others to arrive. The plan was to get in, steal everything not nailed down, (and possibly some of the stuff that was nailed down if they could) get out. Preferably without getting caught.
Needless to say, he was just a little bit nervous.
