Erza stood atop an impressive pile of her stuff: Weapons, armor, clothing, and others. When it had seemed that the Convoy was loaded up with explosives, she'd teleported all of her stuff out of danger. Now she was glaring up at the sky, her face grim.

"What. Was that."

Jean had been gawking jealously at Erza since the moment she was off the ship. Unlike the boatswain, the only things Jean had brought with her were the pink pajamas she had been sleeping in and what appeared to be a flying cat, sprawled lazily over her shoulder. For that, she envied Erza's power, being able to salvage everything so easily.

But that was forgotten very quickly once the Captain arrived, and then... promptly left. She gaped at the sky, keeping her eyes fixed on the ship until it had disappeared from sight. "Captain? Why... ?"

"I don't know," Erza said. "But when next I see him, he had better have an explanation."

And if Erza had her way, that time would be very soon. "Find us another ship to commandeer in pursuit," she said with a voice wrapped in steel.

"Find us a what?!"

Okay, that order could not have been meant for Jean, right? She was a cook. She didn't know the first thing about commandeering ships.

But right now, arguing with Erza seemed like a bad idea.

So, the gypsy hastily scanned the docks around them for a ship that looked easy to steal. Most of them looked like bad news. Ships with alert, well-built crews, meaning they would surely have to fight their way on board.

The one exception was a ship that never left its dock, and which currently had a crew entirely of waiters and entertainers: the Fiertia.

"... hey, Erza, how hard do you think it would be to commandeer a bar?"

Pip, of course, had been the last one to come out from the ship - as the first mate, the task of keeping the whole crew safe had fallen onto him, and it went without a word that the man would do his damnedest to do what had been entrusted to him.

He had just barely managed to get out of the ship, hacking a lung as he dragged the last of the people that had been still on the Convoy in tow as the mercenary stumbled down the gangplank before landing onto all fours, gasping for much needed air. His head was dizzy, his limbs were screaming - he was tired and exhausted and where the hell was Prime why was he even gone--

Then those robotic footsteps came, and in a minute Pip could feel his hopes rising and crashing violently against the rocks at the same time. Shocked at what had happened, all the man could do was to stare in disbelief as he watched the vanishing sight of the Convoy, his mind still unable to process what had just happened. What on Reial had happened?

Well that was a pain. Sam wasn't worried about losing his stuff. He could always scry for them later, especially since his crown was still there and no one should of been able to get into his room as heavily warded as it was. Sam had only grabbed his sword and Mjölnir who was currently perched on his head.

The good thing about being as old as he was, was that Sam was well established in many parts of Reial. Kropmork was no exception. He had a place all ready to crash in for the time being. It wasn't large enough for everyone to stay in, but he could take in a few people. After he tidied up that is.

Noticing their first mate staring in apparent shock, Sam walked over to him. "I can track down the ship later if you want, but do you have a place to stay in for now?"

The question was enough to shake off the initial shock from his system for now, but it was obvious that Pip was still shaken up by what had happened. He turned towards Sam, staring at the other for a good moment as his mind tried to work again instead of staying in dumbfounded shock before he finally replied.

"...I can easily find a place to stay for the crew," he managed out. He had his links and connections, he could easily pull in a few favours to get the crew food and shelter to tide them across for now. But still, they would need a ship eventually... just why had Prime done that?

Sam was the direct opposite of Pip. He was taking all of this extremely well with absolutely no sign of panic or shock. It really did take more than just a stolen ship to actually shock him. After Loki's appearance, he didn't think anything would surprise him now.

"Hmm... that's good. Then I should get to work tracking the ship down. I left my valuables behind." At the moment, Sam knew the direction the ship had gone off, but scrying would be much more faster to track it down than just relying on the bond that linked him to his crown.

It had been bad enough knowing that there might be a repeat of the Lunasa incident on the Victoria II; although von Karma was perfect and thus had no real reason to fear anything... he'd certainly gotten off the ship rather quickly and was still in his (admittedly still fashionable) pajamas.

And then the captain arrived and the ship just left.

He stared off into the distance, slowly crossing his arms as his rage became more and more apparent in his expression.

Kurumi had ignored orders and carried out a large pile of clothes, personal items, her Milky Mirror, and her difference engine. The pile looked heavier than a girl of her stature could lift, but she didn't seem to have had any trouble with it. She set it down next to her and looked around.

Oh, there was the creepy old man. At least he was as angry as she was. Maybe he'd know something, anyway.

"What in the world was that supposed to be?"

...that voice sounded vaguely familiar, though the only memory he could associate with it was a vague sense of irritation. Then again, everything was irritating at the moment...

"That was the captain making off with the ship and leaving us all here."

Kurumi twitched. "Obviously! I was looking for an explanation that actually made sense."

His precious sanctuary was flying away. Now how was he going to hide from people?

"What, was that about?"

Crossing his arms in indignation, he began to plan his next move.

Prime came from town right? Maybe he should just walk up to random people and see what they had to say.

Taking this all rather well, Iroh was sitting quite contentedly on some crates, sipping tea. He had, of course, had the presence of mind to grab his favorite tea pot and his travel bag before leaving the ship.

"Apparently," he said rather conversationally to his nephew, "Our Captain has just taken off in the ship without us. Interesting, isn't it?"

Red walked towards his Uncle and slung his backpack against the crates, before sitting against them. The cold only barely bothered him, if only because he didn't have one of jackets on.

"In some sense." With that he rummaged through what he stuffed in his backpack, pulling out a relatively old, worn, and torn jacket. Unlike the ones he had been wearing recently, these had 8 very noticeable pin marks in them. A small smile creapt on his face as he put it on.

"You alright, Uncle?"

Pikachu walked up to the portly, old man, with a blanket in its mouth. Uncle Iroh was old and it was cold after all.

Iroh was hardly ever cold. His body heat was very strongly regulated, but it would have been rude to refuse such a well-meant offering. Smiling warmly at Pika, the old Firebender accepted the blanket. "Why thank you." He patted the little monster's head affectionately.

Turning towards his nephew, he just laughed a bit. "I'm fine. It takes more than being abandoned to upset me much, nephew." Winking, he slid another tea cup out of his bag. "Would you care for some tea? It might help you relax." Relaxing was something Red could always do more, in Iroh's opinion.

Man, this sucked.

Chie stood off to the side, hopping from foot to foot agitatedly. Strange passengers, Yukiko leaving, bombs, and now the captain had totally ditched them! In Kropmork of all places. She hadn't every actually been here, but she'd heard the rumors.

A few steps away, Sara stared off into the sky, clutching her doll.

"What in the world..."

"You think he got sick or something?" Chie glanced at the blonde girl nearby. "...Can he get sick?"

"Sick?" She shook her head. "I don't know. None of this makes any sense."
