Content: Toshirou sneaks off the ship to get some candy before the ship leaves, after being ordered by Jushirou Sogyo not to leave it.

Knuckles loved the night. The only problem was, in places such as this where people settled into a large city, there were lights. The phenomenon of so many lights at such an hour was such a mystery to Knuckles. Still, people around cities did have a tendency to have poor eyesight around the dark. Perhaps they wished to do things at night they wished they could do in the day

About to have some serious words with the idiot who had stepped on his candy bag, Toshirou looked around as he heard shouting nearby. Something about a hat? He looked over his shoulder and was immediately hit in the face by a small leather hat.

Pulling it off his face in disgust, Toshirou looked down at the small red, something that was looking up at him. He blinked in confusion a couple times. What?........What is that?

"This yours?" He asked pointing to the hat in his hands.

"Yes, it is!" He said. "Now give it back!"

He sized up the guy for a minute. He wasn't nearly as freakishly tall as the other people he met, but he definitely had at least a foot on him. Why did humans have to be so tall anyways? What bugged him most was the say this guy was staring at him. He acted as though he'd never seen a demihuman before. He must be a sheltered brat with that attitude. Well, as long as he gave him back his hat.

"What's your problem?!" Knuckles demanded, as a response to the staring and confused look the guy gave him.

"My problem? What the hell's your problem?" Toshirou growled as he threw the hat back at the small creature like person, thing? "I was minding my own business until your stupid hat smacked me in the face!"

Truth was Toshirou wasn't used to looking down at anyone. It was really weird. Bending down he picked up his trampled bag of candy and sighed. Now he'd have to go all the way back to that vendor to get another bag.

"I didn't ask for the wind to blow it your way!" Knuckles said as he caught his hat and returned it to safety on his head. "And my hat's not stupid."

As the white-haired human bent down to pick up his trampled bag, Knuckles suddenly had this feeling. There was something about this guy that was making his head go crazy, as though Knuckles should search him first before letting him go. He had something on him, but what? It was a small chance, but that's one of the reasons why he went Nahk, right?

"Hey," Knuckles said, pointing a finger at the person in front of him. "What's in that bag?"

At the small creature's question, Toshirou looked down at the trampled candy bag in his hand, and quickly hid it behind his back. "Um it's nothing." He said lamely. Not for anything would he reveal his weakness for sweets to a random stranger.

Hitsugaya narrowed his eyes slightly as he began to think of a way to get back to the vendor before they closed their shop. "Hey listen, was nice getting smacked in the face by your stupid hat and all," He said, backing away while he talked. "But I gotta go." With that he quickly whirled away, sprinting down the streets.

Knuckles watched the guy run away from him. Rather than give chase, Knuckles merely sighed and let it go. After all, it was only a little bit of intuition. There really wasn't much other reason to be suspicious of him. He just sketched the guy's face in his mind instead, turned, and walked the opposite way. The 4423 was looking very good right now.
