Content: Watanuki has fulfilled Doumeki's woodchuck stew challenge. NOW THE TASTE-TEST.
Setting: In the Winding Way galley
Time: A bit after Watanuki's announcement of the completed stew.
Warnings: Language, excessive shouting, possible violence... yeah, Watanuki's in here. At the same time as Doumeki. 'Nuff said.
The pot on the stove was full to the brim and still giving off a little aura of heat - Watanuki had sat by it for the past half hour, anxiously trying to keep it warm without letting it boil away. Because if it was cold, that bastard would probably consider the challenge unfulfilled. And that was unthinkable.
He stirred it once more, hoping the woodchuck wouldn't get too stringy before Doumeki arrived. Watanuki scowled. Doumeki sent him into the bowels of Kropmork for a dead rodent, watched him battle every manner of insanity to get it on the ship while he sat comfy in the galley, and then wasn't even on time to eat it! Maybe he just wouldn't get any if that was all Watanuki's hard work meant to him!!
Watanuki sighed and stirred. Doumeki had better arrive soon.
