While Penelo had been meaning to get new clothing, she hadn't meant to be so much so soon. This was going to completely drain her wallet, and she still Migelo's birthday to think about. At least her jumper-things were cheap, and she could always make do with her dancing clothes.
Still, it was depressing, as she knelt by what was left of her trunk, looking at all the ruined clothing.
