Content: Two hot-headed rivals finally reunite... and the first thing they do is to beat the crap out of each other in true hot-headed rivalry style.
Setting: Deck of the Amestris
Time: After this series of terrible spammy posts, sometime in the afternoon and before the Amestris leaves Solare.
Warnings: Two idiot hot-heads going against each other. Expect loads of shouting and shounen fighting and abuse of gratuitous Engrish.
Notes: The first thread between Rou and Date will be closed, but feel free to make new threads afterwards if your character comes to witness this... very... retarded thing. Yeah.
In all of the surprises Hijikata had in his life so far, this was one surprise that the boatswain could very well work with. It already had been nearly a decade since he last saw Date Masamune, but he could remember the Vohemaro as well as if it had been yesterday; the other had been his only other companion while he was living in Solare, the one man who stood against him and readily accepted him even back then despite his notoriety. Hijikata wasn't going to admit it, but Date was a man he could appreciate and come to like - the year they spent together in Solare was one of his better times.
It had been pretty hard when he left, but now here he was, after all these years - and just like how they always did things back then, Hijikata wasn't doing to waste any time in doing what they did best: fighting against each other and testing their mettle against one another. They were both warriors, and it was though this that they communicated the best. After all, nothing could really beat a good spar. How was Date Masamune after all these years? Well, Hijikata knew he was about to find out when he was onto the deck.
