Carrying a bag of a few clothes, few pillows and blankets with her, Yukiko knows that this is going to be a very long night for a while. All cabins are wrecked and everyone has to cram into the mess hall to sleep. Of course, she will obey Pip's rule and already wandered over to the right side of the hall. At least she will join the shopping trip with Mamma to get some new things. Another good thing is that her special glasses that Teddie made for her survived, which are in a red glasses case nicely tucked in her bag.

She set her pillows and blankets against an empty side against the wall on the right side, taking off her red headband and shoes. She set them to the side and already laying down on the floor, legs crossed and staring up into the ceiling.

A girl with short, self-cut blonde hair looked up at Yukiko as she sat down before going back to brushing the hair of a large, elegantly dressed doll. She must have stood out, but she'd learned to at least try not to care about it. Emily was important. It had been a miracle that she'd escaped the destruction with minimal damage.

After a moment, she sat up to look at the girl near her. That was a very beautiful doll, lucky enough to survive the chaos that happened. It looks a bit antique to her, never seen a doll like that before. She was a bit bored and since Chie hasn't arrived yet, nothing is wrong with chatting.

"That's a beautiful doll you have there." Yukiko complemented.

The other girl looked over and hesitated before nodding and shifting the doll over to face Yukiko.

"Her name's Emily."

[adorasion]

Even if she doesn't know a thing about dolls except for decoration purposes, Yukiko looked closer at it.

"It's a nice name for her. Good thing she didn't wrecked, huh?"

Sara reflexively held her doll a little closer at that. "...Yes. It's a relief." She paused. "...I'm Sara. Cruz. Sara Cruz."

[adorasion]

And she moved away, not meaning any threat to the doll or anything. "I'm Yukiko. Yukiko Amagi. It's nice to meet you."

Sara nodded and relaxed. "Likewise," she said before she could stop herself. "I've seen you around, I think."

[adorasion]

"Oh, really?" Yukiko asked. She has been around the ship, except when it's in the air, she is automatically at the helm.

[dontkillmebro]

Sara nodded. "I pilot Ram-Dass, the pink plane." She paused. "...the paint job wasn't my idea. ...nor was the name."

[adorasion]

"I see. Who named your plane then?" Yukiko asked.

Because we have no Melchi, TST!Ram-Dass came from nowhere :<

"I don't know." She shrugged. "The engineer who made it, probably. It wasn't originally mine."

[adorasion]

"O-Oh, I see." Yukiko said. "I'm....the only helmsman on the ship right now. Though, it's not that bad."

"What is that like?", Sara asked nervously. It was hard to get used to being social again after always pushing everyone away, but, well... sometimes she couldn't help herself.

"Well.....It's interesting, but again, not that bad. I enjoyed it when I first flew." Yukiko said, smiling a little. Learning how to fly a plane or ship was something she never expected to do, yet once she tried it, she liked it.

Sara paused again. "...me too, I think." There had been a time when she wasn't a pilot, but really, it felt more natural and more normal than anything else.
