Well, Greed has to say he was pleasantly surprised that the Captain had actually, not only gone drinking with them, but offered to pay for everything. He wasn't sure if maybe someone had killed Isako and replaced her with someone else, or if this were some elaborate prank.

Oh well.

Booze!

Greed walked up next to Isako at the bar and ordered. "Rum, and lots of it." He glanced over at Isako and grinned. This was going to be an interesting night to say the least.

Ugh. Why was he grinning at her like that? Not that it was any different from his usual expression. She was probably giving him one of her own usual frowns right now. That really was the only way to respond to someone like him.

"What?" Isako asked, a hint of irritation in her voice. This was going to be a very annoying night, at least, if she didn't get a drink very, very soon. She would have to remedy that.

"Nothin'" Greed said, shrugging his shoulders. He looked back at the bartender passed him his rum and gave him a nod before turning back to his Captain. He took a generous sip before addressing her again.

"Whatcha getting?" He asked. He wondered if she even had a clue what to get? As long as he'd known her, he was sure he'd never seen her drink, and she was barely old enough to reach the bar anyways. If she didn't know, he could easily direct her to a few good brands she might like.

"I'm still deciding," Isako snapped back, though there was just the slightest bit of hesitation in her voice. But she wasn't going to let him know that she had no idea what she was doing. She had to remain an a captain at all times, even in a sleazy bar like this.

She looked at the bottles lining the shelves behind the bar. Damn, it's not like she could read them from here and even if she could, she had no idea what the alcoholic content of any of them were. She didn't want to get herself completely drunk.

Naoto had agreed to go to the bar with the crew, determined to make sure the more rowdier ones had stayed in place and kept from getting into any trouble. It would do no good to get the 4423 in a bad position before the peace talks, and she was a bit curious herself to meet the newer members.

Walking up inside the bar, she looked around before spotting Isako by the bar.

..Isako certainly wasn't..legal, was she?

She stood between Greed and Isako to order a drink.

"Good evening, Greed, Captain."

If Isako wasn't legal, Greed didn't seem to care, and neither did the rest of the bar apparently. As Naoto walked over to them he gave her a nod and said, "Evening," Back before downing more of his rum.

It had taken some time, but Greed built up his alcohol tolerance from the fail, lightweight it was when he'd gotten the body in the first place. The brat must not have been a drinker. Now, however, it took quite a bit to knock his ass down.

He looked back at Isako and watched her 'decide' on what to get. "Can't go wrong with rum, Captain." He said, honestly being helpful. In the way Greed can be, anyways.

Isako turned as Naoto walked towards them. She averted her eyes then, still remembering the conversation they had after leaving the mayor's house. Ugh. This woman really got on Isako's nerves.

Still, she had to be cordial, which basically meant a nod of her head and a quick, "Naoto," in response. She had answered and that was enough recognition.

She looked back at Greed after his suggestion. Her face held a look of indifference, but she was actually grateful to be given a suggestion. Even if it was strong, she could just drink less. "A rum, then," she told the bartender, deciding to listen to Greed's suggestion.

She nursed a can of beer, Naoto didn't have much tolerance for alcohol considering she wasn't one to consume it often but it would be even stranger for her to stand with no drink in hand.

It was hard to forget how their last conversation ended, so Naoto avoided pressing the issue of her drinking alcohol, not expecting any more than a greeting from the Captain. Greed on the other hand, was a different issue.

"Don't give the medical team on the ship too much of a hard time, they don't deserve it."

Greed knew that was probably directed at him. He'd gone drinking with her in the past and that had turned out interestingly enough. She knew when he'd complained of his hangover, too. Rotten thing that was. Even if he wasn't really human, he was still subjected to the weird human defects. Like headaches.

But then, that meant he wouldn't have been able to get good and smashed, either. Urgh, why did it all have to work like that?

The sin grinned at Naoto in a fairly casual manner and sipped a little more from his mug. "I'll try not to. If they surrender the meds quietly, we'll have no trouble."

It almost sounded like he was joking. Almost.

With a nod to the captain and a smile for Naoto, Lavi strolled over. He leant casually on the bar beside Greed, looking around for the barman.
"If you're nice to them, they might be happier to give you what you want," he pointed out, catching Greed's last comment.

"Like this crew knows the meaning of the word 'nice,'" Isako said, interjecting into the conversation. She was silent after that, not caring to get too involved. Besides, her drink had now arrived.

She pulled it to her and took a cautious sip, casting a glance over at her crew members. Ugh, she hoped it wasn't too obvious that she was completely unfamiliar with this. It was becoming clear that this entire thing had been a bad idea.

Though, this was pretty good. Maybe Greed had made the right choice for her. She took another sip this time, bigger than her last. Not bad.

Lavi had managed to catch the barman's eye, and listened to Isako with half an ear as he ordered his drink.

Once the glass of beer was on the bar in front of him, he turned back to the captain.
"All the more reason to learn," he responded, a little flippantly. "You never should pass up a chance to expand your vocabulary."

Sometimes when people drank too much alcohol they did stupid things. For certain people, they didn't even need to be that drunk to do stupid things, but it helped a little. Which was why for some reason Ikki was running around the bar naked, his man business hanging out.

And he found his way to his Captain, Lavi, Greed and Naoto, jumping up on the bar in front of them.

"YOOO! THE GREAT IKKI-SAMA HAS COMMANDED YOU ALL TO BOW BEFORE HIM! BOOOOOW!" he called out to the crowd in the bar. Of course he started to thrust his naked hips. Yes, Ikki was very very drunk.

What the hell? Lavi couldn't see how anyone could have got that drunk, that quickly. Never mind decency, did the guy have no sense of self-preservation?

Although it was already impossible for the captain or Isako to have failed to register Ikki's appearance (Lavi didn't particularly care about Greed - he was a guy, he could deal with guy bits), damage control certainly seemed like a good idea.

Without really thinking, he grabbed Ikki by the legs and dragged him off the bar, sending his beer flying in the process.

Naoto gave Lavi a small smile before taking another sip of her drink and giving Greed a sidelong glance.

"Ah, something tells me trouble has a habit of finding you regardless."

She distractedly drank from her mug, content with letting the discussion tend to itself.

..that was, until Ikki began dancing. Naked. In front of them.

...naked.

...and in front of them. In front of Isako.

Her movements were instinctual and she couldn't stop herself as she moved forward to cover Isako's view only to wince grimly at the heavy sound of Ikki getting dragged off as Lavi viciously took him down, breaking their mugs of beer in the process.

Greed gave Naoto a wide grin and shrugged. "It wouldn't be very interesting if that weren't true. I'm sure tha-"

Greed cut himself off as he looked up and saw one of the new crew members on top of the bar in front of them. Dancing in his birthday suit.

Greed blinked for a second before he started laughing at the poor idiot. Oh man, he was dead. And Greed was going to have someone to string over the side of the ship come morning if Captain didn't shoot his ass dead first.

He Laughed even harder when Lavi dragged him off and in the process, spilling beer everywhere. Oh this was going to be a fun night. He quieted his laughter in his mug of rum.
