Giving the room another once over yet again, Ciel turned to direct his attention at the room rather than the other two people, one hand cupping his chin as he pondered over what to do. Just opening the doors would be nothing short of a disaster - given how the general state of Solare was, it was only easy to guess how things would happen. But lining up left a bad taste in his mouth that the boy didn't wish to outright admit, which left one other option...
"I suppose we can make this into a party of sorts," the earl started, glancing back towards the duo. "A gathering of the people of Solare in this room and we'll serve them what he have. Something like a banquet, if you will." Much like the banquet the ship had back in Caliborne, but on a smaller scale.

Hearing the earl make his proposition, the quartermaster briefly shifted back towards him once more. "That can be done." A light inclination of her head accompanied her statement. It sounded perfectly fine, so he would have no objections from her end.
As the ambassador began to speak, she instinctively turned back towards him, only to find a flask presented into her hands just a few moments later. There was a slight pause as she swept her eyes across it, and then switched her attention back to Palaeno.
"Oh...thank you." She didn't think she would actually use it, but then again, it wouldn't hurt to try it once either, she supposed. Although, she wasn't exactly sure how to apply it to her hair, seeing how she never really spent time styling it in the first place. After all, as a soldier, there were battles to fight, and she couldn't expect to emerge out of a battle with perfectly glossy locks. Aside from ensuring that it remained presentable in the presence of others outside of warfare, it simply wasn't efficient or relevant to maintain it otherwise.

The ambassador's voice cut him out from his thoughts at that point, and Ciel only have enough time to look up and blink before he looked back down at the flask of... hair tonic that had been just given to him. Of all the things in the continent to give... hair tonic? The boy was almost tempted to say this was a jest, but seeing from how the man was acting... it hardly seemed that it was the case.
Well then. "...thank you very much for your gift, Ambassador," Ciel replied as he kept the flask into the folds of his coat, making a mental note to pass it along to Sebastian later when he met him again. Maybe the butler would appreciate having something as thoughtful as this.
