Larxene glanced around the warehouse these "Grinders" called their house uninterestedly, wrinkling her nose, but aware that this was an unusual meeting. You could feel it in the air. She only gazed at the glinting metal of the automail for a moment, before narrowing her eyes at the interaction between the captain and what seemed to be the leader in the group of misfits. As newly positioned Quartermaster, Marluxia thought it was a good idea that she should prove herself: she agreed on that, as she wanted to right from the beginning. It was on her to-do list when she found out what type of authority she now held. She was getting bored of the ship as well, so taking this on was more than welcomed. And who knows, she might get to sharpen her knives a little if this turned out to be some fluke. Truthfully, that's what she was thirsting for. She had been rather depraved lately, and she needed a good adrenaline rush. She just had to wait...though patience was not her strong point. This twitched her lips up a little, before she began to unload the parts when it was directed, the boxes not heavy for her as she carried them to the center work area two at a time.

Of course, her vision was shifting around, checking to see if anything happened.

Desiring it, really.

Jenka grinned at her in passing. She could easily tell the direction of the new woman's thoughts from her body language, having very similar ideas herself. Sure, it was important to get paid, but to be honest, she was in this for the potential violence much more than anything else. The look she was giving the nearest Grinders made this rather clear. The captain hadn't said anything about looks, had he?

Still, she certainly wasn't shirking her share of the work. She grabbed the largest boxes, and made them look light in her hands. With her Jäger strength, she probably could have lifted one of the loaded mules. Not that doing so would be much help with the unloading, so she stuck to boxes.

Zack had never shirked away from hard labor. As soon the call went out Zack was there helping to carry the boxes to the indicated spot. It was better than just standing around and his usual method of doing squats while waiting wasn't appropriate for this situation.

Still, he kept an open eye out. Situations like these was just ASKING for trouble to come from somewhere.

Hisoka led his mule through the entrance, keeping a sharp eye on the captain for cues as to what was expected. As soon as Reynolds gave the nod, Hisoka began to unfasten the crates from the animal's harness. He hefted the first one up on his shoulder, picked his way across the floor, and deposited it carefully beside the other boxes.

Ostensibly there to help unload, Yuri still kept an eye on his surroundings while hauling boxes. His real job was to be able to keep the situation balanced in their favor if things went tits up - and considering the look of some of these Grinder types, he wouldn't be all that surprised if plans went awry. The rest of the crew seemed similarly wary.

He lugged a box onto his shoulders and weaved his way over to the rest, trying to seem as unobtrusive as possible.

Larxene placed another box down after a while, though she lazied around at some point, considering she was getting tired. Not from excess of energy, but because she was just bored. All she kept doing was go back and forth putting the items on the floor. It had been so long that she didn't bother to be alert anymore, at least just a little. So when in a second the whole room changed to a different environment of disarray as a quantity of police men surrounded the area, banging the doors open, and coming inside, she met it with a raised eyebrow. Though it ended rather quickly when her heart pumped and her blood rushed at the reactions, everyone scrambling off. Smirking, she was all too ready to fight them off, until the captain ordered for a retreat. Marluxia had told her the way things went down, and that she needed to be careful not to mess up considering the position she chose to go in. But now she was annoyed. There was an opportunity to experience a high right now that she had been lacking for weeks. There was no way she was going to miss it. It was time for the fun part. If she was placed in danger, she had to defend herself on her way out, it was only natural.

Even if some people had to fall here and there.

About to go head on into the clashes, she stopped when the vicinity was now shrouded with steam, and for once actually preparing herself, she tried to memorize some of the exits before her vision was clouded over. It wasn't completely blinding, however, and if she strained her eyes enough, she could see silhouettes and the warehouse's walls. Her nerves were definitely blazing now. Not in anxiousness, but in pure thrill as things just got more interesting. This act left them vulnerable for sneak attacks, so the tension that came with it was arousing. But she couldn't stand here for long. Remembering the path to go outside, aware that she was not going to get there without obstacles - which was all fine by her - she went towards it. Only to then evade a bullet that came close to grazing her arm. She blinked. That was odd - it was rather too strong compared to a pistol. She came face to face with one of the officers, and...she gave him a dark smile. That got her a few shots, though it only hit her doppelganger as she was already behind the man in a blink of an eye, one of her knives in hand as she slit his throat.

There was a thud as the body hit the floor, dead, and a grin was set on her rosy lips as she giggled. Killing had been a part of her ever since she started stealing, so she didn't feel anything specific except satisfaction. It was a kill or be killed world, after all. Not staying there for long, she continued on her way.

Next time, in big threads like this, I think it's okay to just skip anyone who doesn't tag within a day. Or PM them or something. Oh god I fail so much. /hides ]
