As von Karma walked back from Parliament, he wondered if he should even bother heading there every day to see if there was any more information on the prince's kidnapping. Those incompetents couldn't gather information if it was laid out in front of them in a neat, orderly fashion.

He stormed down the hill, and the sheer force of his rage practically parted the crowds in front of him-at least, he hoped it would, anyway. He didn't want to deal with any shoving, although he would if he had to.

Sekai wasn't about to move, but that was more because she couldn't quite part to another direction, not with her strain of just moving the wheelchair. She'd grown used to it on the ship, but ships had ramps, and things that were at least wheelchair-friendly. But on streets, this bulky thing took up so much room.

She couldn't wait until she got OUT of this thing.

But as it stands, even with the strange old man raging towards her, Sekai couldn't quite move out of the way.

No, instead he was coming right for her. And she had no means in which to move to the side.

von Karma paused in front of the girl in the wheelchair. Surely she'd get out of his way, wouldn't she?

Any time now.

She gave him a sort of pathetic look, struggling to move ahead.

She couldn't exactly move to the side, though she was trying not to move forward...

"Um...I can't really..."

von Karma's expression held no sympathy whatsoever.

"Try harder."

Sekai struggled a bit, but her arms were really getting tired.

"Sorta hard."

von Karma's eye narrowed.

"Did you even take that into consideration when you tried to get up this hill?"

"I did, actually. Just I didn't think that the Angry Typhoon would be running down the hill, either. Maybe I should have checked the weather forecast better."

She grinned at her own joke, though she was sure this grumpy old man wouldn't get it. Come to think of it, he sounded a bit familiar...now who was that...

von Karma's gaze only grew icier.

"How nice to see that you're amused by your own impudence."

She had to flinch under that, even though she had a feeling that he wouldn't get it. Man, what a jerk.

"...Sorry. I really can't move to the side, though. I can hardly keep myself from going backwards."

Though her grip was slipping.

"You should have thought of that, too," said von Karma with a sigh. Did this girl even think to begin with?

"I'll admit, this wasn't one of my better ideas." She said sheepishly.

The truth was that there was supposedly this really neat shop on the top of that hill, and she had also wanted to see the nearby parliament building for curiosity's purposes.

"Well, you got yourself into this mess," said von Karma, finally deciding to go around the wheelchair rather than simply standing around and hoping that she'd miraculously discover how to move out of his way. "You get yourself out of it."
