After what had seemed to be a very long time, their ghostly crisis had finally been averted without much loss for the crew. Even more fortunate, Isshin hadn't needed to whip out his abilities except for the ones that most of the crew of the Silvana were already aware of. That had, of course, been a pretty good thing - even if it was kind of a strange thing on his own part to hide his abilities when a good part of the crew happened to have the same kind of power as he, Isshin would still rather keep his powers a secret. The fewer people were aware about this, the lower the chance of his son discovering about it by passing.
At any rate, even with their crisis averted, the damage that had been left in its wake was something that still needed to be fixed. It was going to be a while before the engine was going to work again, and there were a good number of crew members still recovering from the damages and injuries that had been inflicted upon them during the whole fiasco. Plus now with the fact that there were only three doctors on the ship (him, John and Ryuuken), it was clear that things were going to be more busy then ever.
Not that he minded too much - this was his job, after all.
