He had managed to escape the brunt of the damages thanks to his rubber body, though the darkness of the tunnels had caused him to lose his way a bit. That and the fact that he had been knocked out as well by a particularly hard knock to the back of his head by one of the falling rocks, but it was nothing he couldn't handle. He had been though worse things than these, no thanks to his days of training back home.
Having wandered around the darkness for a while, he managed to hear the sound of static (journals?) and then some voices talking. Luffy took a moment to gain his bearings, blinking a few times before taking another few steps forward and calling out. "Hellooooo? Is anyone there?"

"Helloooooo? Is anyone there?"
...Voices...She had been speaking to Abe and Nami in her journal, just to ease the pain...she listened to their words over and over and over, just to try not to think about it, to get her mind off of the pain and the thought that she was really going to die alone down here...
She was just going to be alone and nobody was going to find her, and she was going to be abandoned--
No. The people didn't do that here. She had friends. She wasn't going to be abandoned...
There were voices, after all!
"HELLO! I'M OVER HERE!" She screamed as hard as she could manage, though it sounded wavering and a bit weak. "SOMEONE, HELP ME!!!"

"Stop shouting, you'll cause another cave-in," he hissed as he brushed past the kid and moved forward. It was a dead end where he had come from, and with blood still tricking over an eye and his limbs getting more and more sore by the minute, it wasn't like he could afford to lose time.
That was when he heard it -- a small voice from a narrow passage at a particularly dark corner. He scrambled forward and soon saw the source. Three seconds later and he'd all he had to.
"Fuck," he swore, skidding to kneel down next to the girl's torso. "Fuck," he repeated. How was he going to move those stones without aggravating the girl's injuries? It looked like she'd broken something -- a lot of things, actually -- and moving her was next to impossible. "I'm going to get you out, all right," he muttered as he examined the rock surface.

He glanced around while Abe gave Sekai that once-over, trying to figure out where he was to little success. "D'you guys know where we are?" the Winding Way crewmember asked as he turned back to glance at them.

Those words kept echoing in Sekai's head, even as Abe and...whoever that was were looking down at her.
"I'm glad to know...owww...that you're okay."
Sekai's voice was calm, but her eyes were fearful, panicked...tears were clinging to the corners of her eyes, but she had no reason to cry.
She was going to get out. She was going to get OUT.
"D'you guys know where we are?" The second young man, probably from the Winding Way (She was pretty proud of talking to everyone on the Fiertia at least once...), glancing around as if to pinpoint his location.
"I'd...say we're pretty far in." Sekai said. Talking would distract her from the pain and her injuries...her mother used to talk to her when she was hurt. "I know that we're a good ten minutes' walk away from the exit. If the exit's still there by now..."

"We need to get that rock off your chest," he said calmly, looking around for something to use. "But if I move it, it might damage you further. I'll try to prop it up to my feet..." He had great, big boots, after all. The rocks on her legs could wait. It was important that they stabilize her breathing, and that was next to impossible with her chest being crushed like this.
The pilot looked up at the other kid. "Do you have anything we can use?"

He shifted closer to the duo so that he was now close enough to reach Sekai easily, looking at the rock for a moment before then speaking. "I think I should be able to move it." Or at least, get it off the girl without him needing to crush it - even he knew that would be a bad idea.

...Blood? It tasted a bit coppery when it went to her mouth, and her fears were confirmed as a bit of it spilled out.
...She was going to be okay. She was going to be okay. She was going to be okay...
"I don't want either of you guys to get hurt on my account."

"Moving it is one thing. Can you do it without adding more pressure on her?" he asked, taking Sekai's journal for combined light. He also took off his jacket, folded it together, and gently, carefully, near-tenderly slid it under Sekai's head. The elevation would help her breathe.

Now onto the main subject... the teenager listening to Abe's question first before directing his attention to the rock. He peered at it closely, dark eyes blinking as he examined it before shifting forward and leaning closer to look at it better. One might have noticed his neck stretching just a little too inhumanely when he did so, if there was enough lighting.
"...if I can grab the rock properly, I think I should be able to," the shounen hero finally responded after a while.

Sekai looked at them both, but gave Abe a smile and mumbled "Thank you" for the jacket. Even that small elevation made a difference.
All she had to think about now was trusting them, and getting out alive.
She'd be getting out alive. She would. She knew that. She would be okay...

"Uh... I'm really strong!" the Winding Way member responded with a huge grin on his face that was rather inappropriate considering the situation they were currently in. Still, Luffy was hardly known for his subtlety... or even his brains, for that matter. He was as much of a shounen retard as shounen retards could get. "I've punched holes in mountains back home!"
Saying that, the powder monkey scooted closer to Sekai and the rock on her chest, took another moment to look at it properly before brining out his arms to wrap around the rock. Twice.

Punch...mountains? And he wrapped his arms around the rock twice. TWICE.
...
TWICE.
The young woman stared incredulously, letting out a gasp that she regretted as her chest started to burn with pain. He was...
Twice.
....
HE WRAPPED HIS ARMS AROUND THAT THING TWICE.

Damn, he had long arms. And did he say punched a hole in the mountain? Then what the hell were they doing caved in, then, if they had a brute like this one around?
"What the hell are you?" he eventually managed to demand, but came to at Sekai's pained gasp. "And don't you put any weight on that, it might kill her!"

...he only continued to hold the rock even after the dust had cleared from his fall, but the only expression on the teenager's face was a mild look of surprise.
