Tohru fished the last of her doughnuts out of the pan of oil, rolled it in sugar, and deposited it on the pile she had already formed.
It looked to her like there were enough there to feed an army, but knowing the appetites of some of the Winding Way's crew, they'd not last long.
Still, she'd felt pretty safe offering them to everyone, since she didn't think even Vash could eat this many on his own...
Leaving the pile of doughnuts on the counter, she walked briskly over to the sink and started on the washing-up while she waited for people to come down.
