Characters: Gwendal von Voltaire and Wolfram von Bielefeld Content: The brothers meet after the monster attack Setting: The field where they reunited. Time: Evening Warning: None
Wolfram trudged anxiously through the field. As soon as Gwendal came into view Wolfram examined him closely, continuing to look him up and down and he got closer. The mere sight of the sling set him off.
"Wolfram," Gwendal sighed in exasperation. "I chose the sling myself so I wouldn't irritate the wound since it is going to no doubt scar. Nothing is wrong with my arm otherwise."
Why was it that every time he met with his half brother, he was going to sooner or later feel the beginnings of a migraine?
"Wolfram, I am fine," Gwendal raised his eyebrow at him, stating the obvious. He took three fingers and ran them across his his chest starting at his shoulder. "The monster's claws got me here. That's all."
"I was giving you the truth, Wolfram," Gwendal sighed and pushed off the wall. "Had you been in contact sooner, I would have not been fine then. Either way, the doctor is a good friend of mine. I'll heal in no time."
That was certainly surprising to hear. Usually, when Wolfram held a grudge... he held it. But he suppose it was because they were family and to be honest with himself, Gwendal didn't want his brother mad at him.
"Find out just what is going on," Gwendal replied. "This incident doesn't really add up."
Nor did anything else. But that's why he took on his mission with Tear. Of course, he wasn't going to tell Wolfram about that. He couldn't until they found out their facts and clues and even then, who knew.
"Just scars my ass!"

"Why can't you just tell me the truth? When you first got injured you tried to tell me you were fine."

"Fine. But I want the truth next time. Even if you think it is nothing."
