Characters: Francis Bonnefoy and Lelouch vi Britannia Lamperouge
Content: Francis explains the workings of the kitchen to Lelouch.
Setting: The Victoria II's kitchen.
Time: Backdated to being around the time Lelouch first joined the crew.
Warnings: Not sure yet~.  Francis himself?  Lelouch's scheming mind?

It didn't take long for Lelouch to accept Francis's request to "come by the kitchen."

Unless he wanted to continue gazing blankly at his electronic journal, lie on his bed to stare at the ceiling, or have let his eyes bore into the walls, he considered himself well settled enough to take up the other cook's invitation. After all, it was due time to learn how the Victoria's kitchen worked. He couldn't imagine how elaborate it could possibly be, but, seeing how both his co-workers indicated that it possessed a stark difference from the norm, he would have to wait and see. The haste of a fool could be the slowest thing in the world, or so he had heard a saying went. Either way, its meaning held clear -- rushing into things would be imprudent, even in the most trivial of matters.

It was in that train of thought, however, he certainly hoped the cooks wouldn't disappoint. Although, either way, he knew that anything long expected would take the form of the unexpected when it at last came.

As for his associates, he didn't know if any of the cooks aside from Bonneyfoy would show up. Deandra "Dee" Reynolds and Adrian Andrews would also be working alongside him, if he had heard correctly. One of them spoke to him over the electronic journal, but she hadn't given out her name. There was a chance she would come, but just an equal possibility with the other being there. Of course, for now, he would anticipate only Francis's presence. Judging from the crew's words as well as his own, he seemed to be the head chef. Although, to his surprise and relief, Bonnefoy actually hadn't taken unpleasantly to the knowledge that he took the truffles as a snack. That could mean he was an understanding man, but what were the other crew members so worried about then? Then again, that issue was of little importance. He'd have to see for himself eventually.

Stepping into the kitchen, he paused by the entrance, his footsteps clicking lightly against the floor as he slowed to a halt. His gaze swiftly ran across the area, taking in his surroundings as he searched for Francis Bonnefoy.
