Characters: Daisukenojo "Beat" Bito and [OPEN]
Content: Beat decides to burn some energy by training with his sword and airboard... at the same time.
Setting: The deck of the 4423
Time: Afternoon, before his plot with Win and Greed
Warnings: Beat fail, possible violence
The energy on the 4423 was heavy and jittery, and it was making Beat jumpy as all hell. The upcoming plane race was cool, but the Victoria II was going to be there as well. The battle against them had happend a mere week or so after he joined the crew, and the terror of it was still in his mind, almost a year later.
So he wanted to get some of the energy out.
The Powder Monkey had his board and sword out, looking over both of them. And that was when an -idea- hit him. Beat set up the airboard, standing on it with a light weave... then pulled his blade. The feel on the airboard was... totally different then when he trained on foot. More natural, more fluid.
It was then that he started to work, zooming around barrels and masts with an eerie grace. The weapon flashing as he worked to adapt the stances he had learned to the new-old mode of transport. It was... almost artistic in how it flowed. Very unlike his normal bumbling training sessions.
