Banter and Gossip [Closed]
Characters: Shion Mion Sonozaki and Naminé Blanc
Content: It's a minature celebration for the new radio operator!
Setting: Radio op's room
Time: Shortly after Naminé's introduction~.
Warnings: There are cookies and tea. And yes, that's a warning because I bet you can't have just one.
Shion lightly set the silver tray onto the table, the receptacle clattering lightly as it came into contact with the wooden surface. Giving a curt exhale as she surveyed the items sitting atop the tray - a white plate filled with a variety of cookies, flanked by a teapot and two, porcelain cups - she then took a seat on the side of the table that allowed her a clear view of the entrance.
She was, admittedly, looking forward to working with Naminé. As she had told the girl, it was a little tiresome, working by herself in the radio ops room. Now that there would be someone to spend the long hours with, it would be far more entertaining and less a chore. Although, that generally depended on Naminé's personality. Was the girl a real gabber once she started speaking? Or the sort of wallflower where it'd be difficult dragging a word out of her? She honestly couldn't tell. Although, judging from their brief conversation, Naminé seemed to be somewhere in-between, inclined more of the latter than the former, but looks - or, in this case, voices - were deceiving. For all she knew, Naminé could have had a whole load of gossip ready to be unleashed.
Either way, it would be interesting, getting to know the new radio operator.
