Somehting was up, and Shinjiro knew it. Knew it somewhere deep in his gut. The short conversation with Hitsugaya only drove it home deeper. Ichimaru on some strange mission, members of the crew missing, and then all this humanitarian work? It wasn't as if he considered Rowe cold... just not the bleeding heart type.
But there was no point wondering about it. The Captain had his reasons, and as long as it wasn't too awful, it wasn't his business. ANd hell, they were doing some good.
Shinjiro looked over the relief stores one last time, checking a few things on the list in his hands and pondering things as he worked.
