Oh how long he'd been waiting to see the other man once again. It had been far too long since they'd last seen each other. Years actually. How horrible was it that he actually remembered these things? Well after shopping with Rangiku for make-up and shopping for supplies he needed this small break, anyways.
Of course he was dressed in nothing less than flamboyant clothing, though oddly enough he wasn't wearing as much make-up as he normally did these days. Then again the last time Mengde saw him may have been before he started experimenting with it. It wouldn't do if he saw him with as much as he wore on the ship, so for now it was minimum power and no drawn-on eyebrows.
With that he leaned against a box, awaiting for the man to arrive, patiently of course.
