Content: Reflecting upon the dismal result of a mission gone awry, Commander Cao Cao ends up meeting a very enigmatic youth upon the deck of the notorious battleship, The Black Tiger, five years ago.

"Ugh..." He groaned in dismay.
"How could Benchu been so reckless?" Commander Cao Cao grumbled as he fished for his pack of cigarettes within his coat pocket. Today, the Imperial 22nd Fleet faced a grueling defeat against the bandits who terrorized the skies of the Badlands. Despite greatly out numbering their enemies and overpowering them with advanced weaponry, Admiral Yuan Shao made a crucial error by charging towards the mountain range after the sky pirates of Wuyang without ample understanding of terrain. The imperial fleet was abused at the mountains thanks to the thick fog that lingered towards the south near Vohemar's borders. The bandits of Wuyang managed to deal significant damage upon the flagship, The Black Tiger, before making their daring escape.
This bitter taste of defeat left something to be desired by the many commanders and generals of the fleet but this defeat only proved Mengde's low approval of his friend's asinine tactics. If only the prideful Admiral Yuan Shao would have listened to his suggestion, then perhaps the Black Tiger wouldn't be in such shambles now!
"Such a fool, always charging in head first!" Cao growled as he lit up the end of cigarette. Taking a long pull, the commander's thoughts lingered upon the skirmish as if trying to figure out what the outcome would have been if only the admiral listened to him.
"The Parliament is going to have a field day once they hear of this debacle." He sighed.
