Characters: Tear Grants and the Disreputable Dog
Content: Tear wants to ask the Dog about a certain event she attended, so she decides to pay a visit to her room.
Setting: Disreputable Dog's quarters
Time: Late afternoon
Warnings: ...The Dog is full of cuteness~?
Out of all the crew members Sherlock Holmes had listed, Tear had not expected the Disreputable Dog to be one of them. Truth be told, she never had a chance to become better acquainted with the other, but for such a cute, innocent creature to be involved with such an activity...it was a factor that simply never entered her head. At the very least, she knew the Dog couldn't possibly be the culprit she sought for months, seeing how the Cabin Boy had joined the Silvana only after the thievery had been accomplished. However, since she had participated in the auction, Tear had no choice but to see her, gathering any information she could find.
In some ways, Tear was, admittedly, a little eager to have a reason to visit the Dog. She didn't visit the Cabin Boy often, but whenever she happened to pass her in the hallways, she simply couldn't help a small smile from pressing against the corners of her lips. Although she usually tried to repress such an action, there were times she didn't even realize the expression that had spread across her countenance. She could only hope no one would notice - or that the Dog would tell anyone. In accordance with her military principles, a good soldier wasn't to reveal such weaknesses, and it would be dreadful if someone chanced it. Yet, it was with this thought in mind that she headed down the hallway, a note of alacrity within the click of her footsteps.
As the Dog's quarters came into sight, Tear began to slow, until, at last, she stopped directly in front of the entrance. Raising a hand, curling it into a ball, she brought it knocking lightly against the door. "Disreputable Dog?" Like always, her voice was impassively neutral, as her arms fell back to lie against her side. Her expression remained stoic as she held herself stiffly, patiently awaiting a response.
