As far Unsui was concerned the plan was to just stay away from any festivities today. He wasn't that much of a party animal after all and actually, joining in would just be a waste of time.
But on his way back to the Victoria II the sounds coming from the ship he was just passing made him stop and look up. He heard people clapping their hands, faint sounds of laughter. Probably they were performing a play of some sort.
This definitely would beat the time he just spend avoiding drunkards and trying to not throw up one of the most disgusting sandwiches he'd ever had in his entire life.
Most people would've actually just got on board to watch what's going on, but Unsui had to debate with himself for at least 5 minutes before he finally decided that it wouldn't hurt to go up there and just watch from a distance.
