[OPEN] We tie star & star together & a constellation gets built-

Content: Operation : Cheer Up Sora begins! One and all is most certainly welcome to this fine celebration.
Setting: The Winding Way; a storage room on the lower decks, just down the hall from the biggest cargo bay.
Time: February the 27th, late afternoon/early evening.
Warnings: Luffy Logic, meatloaves and general WW warnings.
Notes: This can double well as a general mingling log for all on the WW. Feel free to throw your muses in to mingle and interact with each other, and have the whole crew liven up the celebrations!
Finally after days of hard work, it was done. The room was fixed up nicely (with some help from some of the random crew members here and there), complete with balloons, streamers and what have-you-nots. Just about everything that was for a great party was all in there, and Luffy looked excitedly as he glanced around at the room. Just perfect-it was exactly just how he had imagined all of this.
He glanced at the table, seeing the apparent lack of food but not worrying too much about it-after all, there was loads of candy! And some of the crew would be bringing over food as well, so there wasn't anything to worry about after all, hee~ The powder monkey's eyes positively sparkled with excitement as he gave the whole place one final look over, telling himself not to eat the delicious looking meatloaves sitting on the table (which he had made all by himself! Watanuki was an excellent teacher after all~) as he glanced over them and managing to control his monstrous appetite for later.
After all, a party needed its people! Thus without further ado, the teenager grinned as he opened his journal and started to make a post to all aboard the Winding Way.
